Is My Vehicle Insured?
Your vehicle(s) will be insured against in-transit damage caused by auto carrier negligence. By law we must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance, and also cargo insurance.
What is Door-To-Door Service?
Door-to-Door service which simply means we will do our best to have the car delivered directly to your address. Many cities have regulations prohibiting heavy vehicles from entering certain residential zones. In cases like this we will do our best to make arrangements to pick up or drop off at a mutual spot
When Can You Pickup My Vehicle?
Prior to us taking up your vehicle, we will call you (s). If you need your vehicle taken up sooner than our scheduled pick-up time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Can I Put Items in The Car?
We do not authorize personal belongings in the vehicle. We are not insured for household goods. We will review case by case as to what can be stored, and how it must be stored. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by personal items to our auto carrier, or to any of the vehicles on the auto carrier, so it is very important they be stored properly. The car is subject to being impounded and all fines and expenses will be passed along to the owner of the car. Under NO circumstances can the car contain firearms, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband.
Will My Vehicle Be Driven
Because the car will be driven from the pick-up point to the drop-off location, it must have enough gas. The driver will also drive your automobile onto and off the car transport, and may have to unload and reload your car on the trailer at times to make room on the trailer. The amount of time spent unloading and reloading is reduced to a minimum.
